    So using the remotely hosted scripts service, the time slot script can be used with Wix website, correct? Because first you said no so im little bit confused.

    • Answer:

      You will be able to integrate the front-end part only on your Wix pages, but can not install and host the script package on Wix website, because it does not meet the script requirements.

      You have host the script package on any other server, that meets the script requirements or you can use our Remotely Hosted Scripts Service. The both options will work in your case.

      You have to select a script from the drop-down menu and you will see the rates : $49 for the script licence /one time fee/ and $49 for the hosting services /per year/

    Is this script compatible with wix ?

    • Answer:

      Unfortunately, the script can not be installed on Wix.com website. The script requires MySQL database and PHP support. Script requirements are listed on this page:

      You need to get a hosting account that supports PHP and MySQL databases to install the script there and then you will be able to integrate only the front-end part on your wix pages using the front-end install code. You can check it under the Install menu in our Admin Panel demo.

      The system has responsive layout, so it looks fine on mobile devices and you will be able to use it for mobile website without any problems

    I don't see a way to specifiy the calendar size so I can customise into my webpages rather than other way round.

    • Answer:

      The calendar is with responsive layout. It means that it will fit the parent div element on the page.
      There is no setting for width and height in the script administration panel. If the layout needs any adjustments they can be done in the script css files.

    Looks like latest product would support 2 calendars for my 2 rental properties from one installation, as now.

    Does the current version support weekly booking blocks or would that have to be an additional customization? And if so, what is the cost?

    • Answer:

      Yes, the latest version of the script supports multiple calendars.

      Yes, you can add weekly blocks. This setting is per calendar - under Calendars-->Settings-->Bookings menu. You have to set "Set prices based on Day/Night or Periods" to Periods. Then under the Prices menu you can select week days for the blocks and set price for the period.

    Can you advise impact of upgrade please? How different is it? Does it need complete new installation and configuration and setup on websites?
    I have customised version multi-user calendar.

    • Answer:

      The new version uses completely different MYSQL database tables and structures, so it require new fresh installation and you will not be able to use your already existing MYSQL database data.

    Ticket Support Script

    For backup option in the system It have menu to click backup.
    If I want the system to backup by schedule to database file by cron job. what is the file to be run?

    • Answer:

      A new file has to be added for the purpose and the functionality has to be included in it, or at least this file should call method from one of the existing controllers and the functionality to be added to the controller.

      The backup functionality is done by a special plugin - folder app/plugins/pjBackup.

    Hi php jabber team,

    Thank you for your information.
    I download and setup this software successfully. I have some question to ask you more:
    1. could you tell me what the Email Notifications work in Ticket Support Script?
    2. If I setup it in local computer that connect with internet. Is it working?
    3. i want to use cron job to schedule the back update data file. could you tell me which file I need to edit?

    Any information, please let me know the result.

    • Answer:

      1. First you have to set up the text for the notifications and tell the script who exactly will get these notifications. You have to go under Options-->Notifications menu and add four types of messages:

      - new client message - this is what the system will send when a new client registers - you have to set this message to be received by the clients and list in the body token for the password. When a new client registers then the system generates a password. With this email message the client gets the login details for their account at the system.

      - new ticket - this is the message that the system will send when new ticket is posted. If the script is set so everyone can post tickets then when a client posts a ticket for the first time they get an account at the system. This means that you have to set this message to be received by the client and also include token for the password.

      - new client reply - this email should be received by the support team - it is sent when a client replies to an existing ticket

      - new support reply - this email should be received by the clients and it is sent when the support team replies to a ticket

      2. Yes, it will work also on local computer with Internet connection but you need to have also an email server set up locally. Otherwise the script will not be able to send emails.

      3. Would you please clarify what you need to set up a cron job for? I am not sure what you mean by "back update data file"?

    Just get a long string in the browser, then on refresh it works again. Any idea on this issue?

    • Answer:

      You will see this string either if you have made changes to script files or if you have not uploaded script files in binary mode on your server.
