Login administration page and go to Time & Prices page. There is a "Slot length" column where you can select slot lenght for each day of the week.

How to install the Time Slots Booking Calendar on my hosting account?
The current version 3.0 of the Time Slots Booking Calendar does not support multiple calendars. You can contact us to request modification to the script.
How can I translate the Time Slots Booking Calendar to another language?
Is it possible to change the first day of the week in my calendar?
Yes, it is possible to select the first day of the week as per your preferences. From the Admin go to Admin>Options>General, then use the drop down for the 'First day of the week' option to select the first week day in your calendar. Click Save to update the calendar.
You can choose the email sending method by going to Admin > Options > General, then look for the option 'Select email sending method' and select one of the available methods. Click Save to update the calendar.
The Time Slots Booking Calendar supports both email and SMS notifications. You can customise the notifications under the Notifications tab in the Bookings page (Admin>Options>Bookings>Notifications). Select one of the tabs, Email or SMS, to insert your own email message to clients and the administrator. You can use the tokens listed in the information box to personalize your emails.
Both the administrator and the clients receive the following notifications:
- Confirmation emails are automatic notifications triggered by certain events, such as booking or payment made.
- Booking reminders are sent a certain hours before the reservation to remind the client for the reservation.
N.B. If you'd like your system to send reminders to clients, make sure that you have enabled the reminders. You can do that by going to Admin>Options> Bookings>Reminder.
Allow bookings up to certain hours prior to actual appointment.
Is it possible to change the displayed date format in my Time Slots Calendar?
Yes it's possible to change the date format in your calendar. To change the date format in the booking calendar, go to Admin > Options > General, then use the drop down in the Date Format option to select the desired date format. Click Save to update the settings.
To choose whether the color legend is shown or hidden on the front-end, do the following:
1. From the admin go to Options.
2. Click on Bookings.
3. To display the color legend on the front-end, check the box 'Show color legend below calendar'. To hide the color legend, make sure that the box is unchecked.
You can disable payments and collect only reservations by following these steps:
1. From the Admin, go to Options.
2. Click to open the Bookings tab.
3. Then go to Payments and make sure that the first option 'Disable payments and only accept bookings' is checked.
4. Click the Save button at the bottom of the page.
With the Time Slots Booking Calendar you can choose to display or not the week numbers in the calendar. To manage the option, do the following:
1. From the admin go to Options.
2. Click on Bookings.
3. From there check the box Show week numbers to show week numbers in the calendar. Otherwise -leave the box unchecked.

How can I hide slot prices with the Time Slots Booking Calendar?
Follow these steps to hide slot prices from the front-end:
1. From the Admin, go to Options.
2. Click the tab Bookings.
3. Then make sure the first option 'Hide prices' is marked.
4. Click Save to update the settings.
Can I ask clients to agree to terms and conditions before making a booking?
Yes, you can do that by making the Terms field mandatory for users. You can make certain fields mandatory in Time Slots Booking Calendar by going to Admin > Options >Bookings > Booking form. Under the Booking Form tab make sure that the Terms field is required by selecting Yes (Required) from the drop-down, and then click Save.
You add your own booking terms to your calendar. You can do that by following these steps:
1) Go to Admin> Options > Bookings.
2) Navigate to the Terms tab.
3) Add booking terms URL or content.
4) Click the Save button.
Time Slots Booking Calendar supports the following payment options:
1) PayPal
2) Authorize.net
3) Bank account (for wire transfers)
4) Credit Card (for offline processing)
5) We can add more payment options to your booking calendar.
What currencies are supported? Can I switch to another currency?
All the currencies supported by the Time Slot Booking Calendar are listed in the drop-down menu in the Payments tab (Admin > Options > Bookings > Payments). Use the drop down menu to set currency, then click Save.
If the currency you need is not supported, please, contact us and we will add it.
A VAT/Tax can be set from the Payments tab (Admin > Options > Bookings). In the field 'Tax amount to be collected for each booking', add tax percentage per booking.
The VAT/Fax fee will be added to total price calculated for each reservation.
Yes, you can change the deposit amount required for booking in Time Slots Booking Calendar. From the Admin, go to Options. From the Bookings page, select Payments. Use the fourth option 'Set deposit to be collected for each booking' and insert the deposit amount you'd like to collect per booking. Click Save to update options.
How can I change the default timezone and the date/time format?
You can change both the default timezone and the date/time format from the admin, the Options page.
Yes, you can add your company details, insert your company logo and configure the invoice template by going to the Options>Invoices.
Yes, you can customize the Time Slots Calendar to suit your exact business. Set your own working time, booking slots length and slot prices in the Admin> Time & Prices>Default. You can also set a custom work days under the tab Custom.
How to set a lunch break during the day? Are the booking allowed during the break?
You can set a launch break under the Time & Prices page from the Admin. You can set a Lunch break for each day of the week and for the custom work days.
You can allow multiple bookings per time slot by going to the Time & Prices page and under the Default tab set the maximum number of bookings allowed per slot (Bookings per slot).
How can I set different booking slots for a day without changing the default booking slots?
You can set different booking slots for a day by adding it under the Custom tab in Time & Prices page. You need to select the particular date from the calendar and then set up a custom work time and booking slots configuration.
How to use the export/import feature to translate the Time Slots Booking Calendar?
Note that by default the Time Slots Booking Calendar comes in English version only. You can translate the booking calendar using the Language module or you can import a language file and replace the current translation of your script.
To do that, follow these steps:
1. Go to the Options > Languages and then under the Import/Export tab export the current language file.
2. Open the file using any text editor and replace the second-last column with your own titles.
3. Make sure that you save the file with a file extension .sql
4. Import the new language file using again the Import/Export tab.
This is important when you need to re-install the script, because the new installations always come in the default English version. Make sure you export the translation before uninstalling the script.
How to backup the database and the files in the Time Slots Booking Calendar?
It's important to regularly backup your database to prevent any loss of information. You can easily backup files and database and export the backup from the Admin>Options>Backup.
Yes, you can export all or specific number of reservations:
- You may use the Search field under Bookings>Bookings menu to filter the list
- Then you can select specific reservations (or all) by checking the check-box on every line
- Under Choose Action button at the bottom of the page select Export option
This will generate a csv file with the selected reservations.
Admin users have unlimited access to all option and features in the script administration panel. Editors can manage only reservations and invoices.
