The Transfer Reservation Script is a vehicle/ fleet management system that offers complete features for managing vehicles and reservations. The Transfer Reservation Script lets you install a super easy fleet booking engine on your website to let customers to easily book a private and shuttle ride from two selected locations. On the other hand the admin panel provides you with complete set of features to allow you to manage reservations, clients data, customer notifications, payments and fleets.

The Transfer Reservation Script allows you to embed an easy and intuitive step-by-step fleet booking engine on your website and start accepting bookings directly from your website.

*UNLIMITED LOCATIONS

Using the admin panel you can add an unlimited number of pick-up and drop-off locations. Using the fleet booking engine, your bookers can select prefered routs based on the pick-up and the drop-off locations you have added to the fleet management system.

*FLEETS

You can add as many fleet vehicles as you want. You can group fleets as you want, add maximum number of luggage and passengers Your bookers will know exactly what vehicle they are booking.

*RESERVATION MANAGEMENT

Built-in reservation management system provides facilities for administrators to manage booking details, add bookings manually, edit reservations, export and filter data. 

*PAYMENT INTEGRATION

You can process full amount payments or choose to charge a deposit payments to secure reservations. Use the Options menu to customize the reservation process, specify deposit, taxes and payment methods.

*EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS AND SMS

Instant notifications for both bookers and admins. Using the Transfer Reservation Script you can  create individualized email notifications and SMS notifications to bookers and admins. You can easily customize your messages using a set of available tokens. 

*MULTILANGUAGE 

You can easily translate the Transfer Reservation Script into any language without touching any line of code. Using the admin panel you can add a language bar on the front-end and easily translate the script front-end and the back-end.
