ModelMe Management is a family-run model management agency based in the North West and South but covering the whole of the UK. ModelMe manages babies, children and adults from newborn to ninety years for a range of assignments including photographic, TV commercials, film, voice over, and theater.

The client requested us to integrate a model registration system and members profile management based on our Member Login Script to serve the agency clients and model bank.
PHPJabbers team added the below-listed functionalities to the PHP login script so that ModelMe models can register online and manage their profiles on their own:
1. Online registration form
2. Model registration process management
- Models can register online by filling out their profiles and uploading a photo gallery
- Automated email notifications
- Manual approval of registration requests by admins
- Online subscription payments and automated account activation after clients subscribe
3. Account and payments management
- Models can log in to their profiles and edit them - each profile change should be approved by the agency team before being published.
- Admins can edit the profiles and upload a photo shooting gallery.
- Based on different scenarios of the relationship with the client, system administrators and models can downgrade, upgrade or renew their membership.
- Online communication channel between models and ModelMe team
- Comprehensive membership statuses based on the current relationship status
4. Client access
The ModelMe team can grant an access to the system to their clients. Clients can access the portfolio of models and review their profiles online. Model profiles can be exported as pdf files.
