PHPJabbers developed and designed a responsive vacation rental website for iVayCay. Visitors can search and review holiday properties for rent and contact owners to request their vacation. Property owners can register and list their vacation properties.

Vacation property owners can register and add properties and manage their advertising through their accounts. Property owner accounts are made to look similar to the front-end which is a modification to our standard vacation rental system. Each property is presented with description, image gallery and video. In addition, owners can show property availability.

Property submissions are free. Property owners pay per lead, which means they pay for each reservation request made through the website. Property owners can also pay for extra advertising services on the site like making listings featured or special, adding a video or showing phone numbers.

Along with the standard features of our Vacation Rental Script, website admins can review and manage payments, moderate user reviews, check revenue reports, add and manage email templates for email newsletter marketing, run promotions through a discount management functionality. The website supports multiple languages.
