Installing our shared asset scheduling software on your site will enable co-owners of shared movable and/or immovable properties to check their availability and book them online. MANAGE MULTIPLE ASSETS
Users with administrator's access to the shared resource booking system can add and manage an unlimited number of assets - real estates, conference halls, luxury vehicles and vessels, playing fields, etc.
FRONT-END USER ACTIONS
All co-owners can see the availability of shared properties after logging in to the front-end system. Note: Users with “owner” access rights cannot manage settings on the back-end. They can only:
ASSET BOOKING SYSTEM
To book a shared asset from the front-end, users only have to select Start & End date / hour.
Only administrators can manage all bookings via the back-end of the scheduling software.
SCHEDULING SOFTWARE SETTINGS
Configuring the shared asset scheduling software doesn’t require any specific technical skills. You can translate contents, add users, enable autoresponder messages and control other settings with just a few clicks.
