  • All properties are pinned on Google Maps for easier navigation. You can enable and disable this function for each property.
  • Responsive layouts - choose the color scheme that best fits your brand or request a tailor-made. More layouts are coming soon! The mobile friendly front-end enables views from all desktop and portable devices.
  • Role-based access - there are 3 types of users: admin, editor, owner. Property script admins can add users, assign roles, charge and allow homeowners to publish properties.
  • Multi-language support - handle multiple translations easily for both the admin panel and the user interface. Titles and system messages can be edited from Options. 
  • XML Feed - feature the latest classified ads on your or any other website to ensure best exposure. Select the number of real estates and criteria by which they will show up.
  • SEO optimized - the real estate script comes with a built-in SEO module which enables users to optimize all property listings for search engines.
  • Customizations - web developers can make changes to the real estate script using a guide for our latest PHPJabbers Framework. Alternatively, we can also modify it upon request.
