New “Rate us” feature shows 100% happy customers in Jan 2016

As of January 2016, our clients have the chance to rate our products and services after their support tickets have been replied or resolved. Since we highly value our customers’ time, we decided to make the feedback form as simple as possible - you can evaluate our work using a five-level “smiley” scale. We believe that customer feedback is our natural corrective that can help us improve our overall performance and foster our creative spirit.

We are really proud and delighted to share that in the first month since we’ve launched the “Rate us” feature on PHPJabbers.com, we have received100% positive feedback!
