If you don't mind I have last questions before I buy your product:
1. What about if I need to receive comment from the customers before they make the booking, I mean I need they write me something in text box before they make the payment and they confirm the payment. EX. I need this or that ... etc.
2. Also what about if I need to add extras for the reservation. I mean to add some extra packages. EX. Seats for children , Water, ..etc
3. What about SMS. if I bought the services from https://stivasoft.com/ shall I will receive the SMS when the payment done or for any request. what ever successful or not ? Becouse I need to receive SMS only when the payments is successful only.
4. Last question: Shall I buy the developer license ot normal license is better in my case? Do you have plans to develop the current script and if you have specific time for the next release?
Answer:
1. Client can add some notes to the reservation, but it is not possible to contact you prior to placing the booking. I guess client can use contact form on your website for this.
2. This is not supported by default, but can be added as custom change.
3. If you want you can subscribe to one of our monthly plans and we can set your script to send SMS when there is payment. Here you can read more about our SMS service.

4. It is up to you to decide which script licence you want to purchase. We can apply the above changes (#2 and #3) to either of the script licences. We have not scheduled the next version of this script yet.

Is Shuttle Booking Software has the ability to accept credit card from any bank easily or it need developments?
What about Paypal and others online payments gateways?
Answer:
By default the script supports paypal and authorize.net payment methods. Both works with various credit cards. You can check on their sites whether your bank's card is accepted by default.
If you want additional payment method we can add it as well as a customization. Just let us know which one you want to use and we will give you a quote.

What i expect the system can do is:
- A dropdown box like the current one is fine where fixed loction to fixed location, but i would like extra text field where customers can input their preferred locations because not always customers request for Airport pickup/dropoff services but it can be Hotel to Hotel, Location to Location exception to Airport to Airport. For example, Pickup from Hotel A, Ho Chi Minh city, District 1, Drop Off at 128A Rang Garden Resort in MuiNe, Binh Thuan. Another customer can make reservation to be picked up at Tan Son Nhat airport and drop off at Hotel B, Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa.
- Also, it would be nice if the system can provides a form for pickup details, flight details, or Arrival detailsvas well.
- I like the current system calculating the rates based on location to location. However it would be very flexible if the system can provide text field or an option for any extra charge based on locations outside the city range which is predefined by Admin. For example, it costs $120 for airport pickup at Tan Son Nhat and drop off within 20km radius from Phan Thiet City, CBD. Any address for dropoff or pickup fallout this 20km radius will be 5$ OR 10$ surchagre predefined by Admin. For instance, drop off at 128a Nguyen Dinh Chieu, Ham tien, Binh Thuan (27km from Phan Thiet) is a falling out the 20km radius of Phan Thiet City therefore surchage will be 10$.
Another element to determine the rate is based on the types of the car (7 seats, 16 seats or 30 seats) and the number of passengers will be joining the tour.
For example: Pickup at Tan Son Nhat Aiport, Dropoff at 128a Nguyen Dinh chieu, Muine, Mini Van 16 Seats is 135$usd, but with 7 Seats is 115$USD for 5 pax.
Above all, i think rest functions of the Shuttle service software is perfect.
Answer:
1. Do you mean that on the initial search form customers will be able to select - either between the pre-defined fields or an option to enter their own destinations (pick-up and drop-off).
2. There are such fields by default - please, see the screenshot attached. If you need additional fields please clarify
3. We can make the script calculate the price based on the distance in the case when customers enter their own locations. Let us know if this will work for you.

If a customer book me a transfer and dont't pay soon with paypal, is possible to send him a link to paypal with total amount and my paypal address to pay the service? If a customer select to pay with credit card there's not redirecting for an online pyment, i find it useless, I can onl redirect to paypal, since I have professional account and the customer can select to pay with paypal or credit card.
Answer:
In case of the credit card payment option the script just saves the credit card details and stores them in the database for offline processing. There is no online processing, this option is not linked to a payment gateway.
You can still accept credit card payments using the PayPal option (customers can select on the PayPal page if they will use PayPal account or credit card).
Unfortunately, there is no option to send manually payment link to the customers. Such functionality can be added as a custom change.

I am planning to add private cars and their owners so that when a request comes in the request goes to the owner of that particular car (via e-mail and/or sms).How much would it cost to make these Changes?
Answer:
We can add 3 additional fields in the Car details page in your Admin Panel : owner name, owner phone, owner email and to send notifications to the car owner. When reservation is added for their car they will get notified by email (or SMS or both - this is up to you)
Do you want car owners to be able to login and confirm their reservations? Do you want them to be able to decline them and what will happen in such case?Do you mean you do not need the "reservation manager" role, so we can change it for owner with permissions to view only their own reservations.

Just bought your shuttle booking software for testing ($49) and I wonder if it is possible to use standard translation tools (.po/.mo) files like one does in wordpress?
Would like to be able to translate to swedish and maybe danish.
I have build quite a few websites and have worked as a IT Manager.
Answer:
You can add additional language in the Admin Panel - Options menu - Languages tab - Languages tab - Add language button and translate it from the Titles tab. You can not use third part translation tools.
Under the Install menu - you can use different front-end integration code for each one of the added languages and integrate them on separate pages.

You can add additional language from your Admin Panel - Options menu - Languages tab - Languages tab - Add language button and translate it under the Admin Panel - Options menu - Languages tab - Titles tab.

The system is just in English and Spanish? Can I add more languages?
Answer:
You can add as many languages as you want (under Options-->Languages menu in the script administration panel. However, each language you add is by default in English. You have to make the translation yourself as we do not offer translated packages.
Under the same menu (Options-->Languages) you will see an option to edit specific titles (under the Titles tab) or an option to export the language in a file which can be translated and then imported back (Import/Export tab).

I am interested in pay for the shuttle booking software but I have some questions.
-The price 49$ is per month or just one more time I have to pay this amount?
-You provide just the box to make the reservations and I have to design my web site and introduce the plugging of the box for booking in my web site, right?
Answer:
The script licence price is one time fee. Once paid you can download, install and use the system as long as you need.
Yes, we provide only the script package, but you have to build yourself your website, where the script front-end part will be integrated on.
