Different calendar views

Each property calendar has separate settings and 4 different layouts - 1, 3, 6 and 12-months view. You are free to show a 3-months view for one property, and a 6-months view for another property on two different web pages. Just copy/paste the corresponding JavaScript code on the page and start taking bookings!

Bookings management

Review all property reservations at a glance, change their status, collect customer details for your client base, edit booking details. You can also add bookings manually from the back-end system and use the smart filters to search for a specific booking or group of bookings.

Payment integration

The built-in payment module supports online payments via PayPal and Authorize.Net by default. You can also enable the standard offline payment methods (CC, wire transfers, cash). If you need to request other payment gateways, check this list as a start and contact us for further details!

Extra services

In addition to rental properties, customers can book multiple extra services to make their stay more pleasant. Admins can add as many extras as they have to offer and assign them to properties. Each extra has separate pricing options (one-time fee, per night, per person, per count, etc.)

Coupons & Discounts

The vacation rental booking script contains a handy voucher system allowing users to create and launch different coupons and discounts. Set the promo period, the type of discount (fixed amount, percentage), and all related options to promote sales and increase customer loyalty!

Web invoicing

The invoicing plugin integrated with the booking calendar script allows admins to create and send out invoices to clients. They can personalize the invoice template by uploading their company logo and adding all relevant details. Users can also translate invoices and create a different document for each language.

Smart calculations

Configure the deposit percentage, tax amount, and all pricing settings required for bookings and the total amount will be calculated automatically for each reservation. Each time admins make changes to a booking's payment details, prices will be recalculated and reflected both on the front- and back-end.

Export all bookings

With our reservation calendar script, you can export bookings for a given property or all properties in different formats such as iCal, XML, and CSV. You are able to download reservations as a file or to create a password-protected feed. Use the filter to choose the period or criteria and give it a go!

Edit and translate contents

Admins can use the language editor to translate the reservation calendar script and make it available in any language they wish. Clients can easily switch between languages on the front-end. Furthermore, users can change texts and titles to best match their business needs.

Calendar styles and colors

Through the admin panel you can manage the calendar appearance for each property by changing legend colors, fonts, date formats, week numbers, etc. If you want to use the same appearance settings like another property calendar, you can copy and apply them to another calendar with a single mouse click.

Customizable booking form

Collect user details with a custom-made booking form and enrich your client database. Select standard and required fields, enable the Captcha option to avoid spam, rename fields if you wish to add others that are missing.

Booking terms and conditions

Add your company booking terms and ask customers to accept them before submitting the booking form. You can either copy/paste your terms and conditions as a text content or add a link to another web page.

Email & SMS notifications

The admin system of Rental Property Booking Calendar can send out various email and SMS confirmations to users and clients. Using a set of predefined tokens, admins can customize their messages and configure who should receive them. To enable the SMS feature, obtain an API key and choose a monthly plan!

Rental system backup

Prevent any loss of information by regularly performing a backup of your bookings and properties database. Log in as an administrator to the vacation rental booking script and make a backup of all your files in a snap!

User access roles

Administrators, Editors, and Owners have different access rights to the vacation property rental script. Admins have full access - they can add other users and change all system settings. Editors can access properties and bookings, but cannot alter settings. Owners, on their part, can also change their profile details.
