  • Who are you?

    We are young (25 - 35 years old), energetic and full of enthusiasm professionals who spend most of their time in front of the computer. Each one of us have experience in different field in web technologies and the combination of all our skills makes a strong and knowledgeable team who is able to accomplish any web development project.

  • How many people stay behind PHPjabbers.com ?

    Back in 2006 there was 1 person supporting all the business. As of today there are 25+ people working in the team who, over the years, proved their professionals with hard work and dedication to company goals.

     

    Our clients communicate with these professionals every day - Kosta, Sasho, Paco, Maria, Maya, Ani, Krasi are the main people when it comes to customer support and project management.

  • What is your connection with StivaSoft?

    StivaSoft Ltd is the legal name of our company and PHPjabbers.com is one of the brand names that we own and operate.

  • Where are you located?

    Our main office is located in Burgas, a beautiful city located on the Black Sea coast in Bulgaria. However, we have representative offices in two more countries - United Kingdom and Vietnam. Although our business is entirely web based we try to expand on local markets in different countries and continents.

  • Why there is no physical address or phone number on your website?

    We are entirely web based business with clients from all over the world. We have very few clients (less than 0.01%) who actually come to our office just because most of our clients are thousands of miles away from us.     Our clients are webmasters having a single website, small web design companies who manage multiple websites, large website development companies who outsource their projects to us, end clients who need a complete website or upgrade to their existing website.

     

    We work with people and companies from all over the world and as of now have more than 22 000 clients from over 90 countries.

  • Are you privately owned?

    Yes, StivaSoft Ltd company is 100% privately owned. There are no investors or other type of financial institutions supporting us.
